Hair Purchase, Final Sale, Processing & Shipping Policy

Hair Purchase, Final Sale, Processing & Shipping Policy

Effective Date: September 03, 2026
Last Updated: September 03, 2026

This Crowned Collection Hair Purchase, Final Sale, Processing & Shipping Policy (“Policy”) applies to all hair, lace, and related products purchased from The Crowned Collection by The Anointed Lounging (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) through our website and any official sales channels.

This Policy governs the purchase, processing, fulfillment, shipping, delivery, final sale status, product handling, claims, and other terms applicable specifically to Crowned Collection products. It is incorporated into and forms part of our Terms of Service.

By placing an order for any Crowned Collection product, you acknowledge that you have had the opportunity to review this Policy and agree to the terms applicable to your purchase.

Because human hair extensions and lace products may be installed, cut, colored, chemically processed, washed, styled, or otherwise altered after delivery, additional product-integrity, inspection, handling, and final sale requirements apply to all Crowned Collection purchases.

1. PRODUCTS COVERED BY THIS POLICY

This Crowned Collection Hair Purchase, Final Sale, Processing & Shipping Policy applies to all hair, lace, and related products sold as part of The Crowned Collection by The Anointed Lounging, whether purchased individually, as part of a set, during a promotion, or through any other authorized sales channel operated by The Anointed Lounging.

Covered products include, but are not limited to:

  • Human hair bundles

  • Virgin human hair bundles

  • RAW human hair bundles

  • 613 blonde human hair

  • 2x6 HD closures

  • 5x5 HD closures

  • Other lace closures

  • 13x4 HD frontals

  • Other lace frontals

  • Coordinating bundle and lace combinations

  • Hair sets, bundle deals, promotional hair packages, and collection-based offerings

  • Special-order, preorder, backorder, or supplier-sourced Crowned Collection hair when specifically offered

  • Any future hair extension, lace, or Crowned Collection product designated by The Anointed Lounging as subject to this Hair Policy

This Policy applies regardless of the product’s:

  • Collection or grade

  • Hair texture

  • Length

  • Color

  • Lace size

  • Lace type

  • Construction

  • Quantity

  • Promotional status

  • Discount status

  • Fulfillment source

For purposes of this Policy, references to “Crowned Collection products,” “hair products,” “hair,” or “products” include all applicable merchandise described above unless a specific section states otherwise.

If a Crowned Collection product page, promotion, order confirmation, or other written sales material contains a more specific term relating to that particular product, the more specific term will apply to that product to the extent it does not conflict with applicable law.

2. ALL CROWNED COLLECTION PRODUCTS ARE FINAL SALE

All products sold through The Crowned Collection by The Anointed Lounging are FINAL SALE, except where a different remedy is required by applicable law or where The Anointed Lounging confirms in writing that an exception applies.

Final Sale means Crowned Collection products are generally:

  • Non-refundable

  • Non-returnable

  • Not eligible for standard exchanges

  • Not eligible for preference-based exchanges

  • Not eligible for refunds due to buyer's remorse, change of mind, or personal preference

This Final Sale policy applies to all covered Crowned Collection products, including bundles, closures, frontals, 613 blonde hair, virgin hair, RAW hair, promotional hair packages, bundle deals, special-order items, and supplier-sourced products.

Final Sale status applies regardless of whether the product has been purchased:

  • At full price

  • During a promotion

  • With a discount code

  • As part of a bundle or package

  • As a limited release

  • As a special-order or supplier-sourced item

The customer is responsible for reviewing all applicable product details before completing checkout.

Final Sale status does not eliminate any rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived under applicable consumer-protection law.

2.1 No Standard Refunds

We do not provide standard refunds to the original payment method for Crowned Collection products solely because the customer no longer wants the item, changes their mind, or becomes dissatisfied with a selection that was accurately fulfilled as ordered.

2.2 No Standard Exchanges

We do not provide standard exchanges for Crowned Collection products based on preference, styling plans, length preference, texture preference, color preference, lace size preference, or a change in desired installation.

2.3 Final Sale Disclosure

Final Sale status may be disclosed through one or more of the following locations:

  • Product page

  • Product description

  • Cart

  • Checkout

  • Order confirmation

  • Invoice

  • Receipt

  • Shipping confirmation

  • Store policy page

  • Promotional or collection-specific messaging

Where a Crowned Collection product is identified as Final Sale, the Final Sale terms in this Policy apply.

3. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY BEFORE PURCHASE

Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing all product information before completing a Crowned Collection purchase.

Before submitting payment, customers should verify the accuracy of their selection, including:

  • Product name

  • Collection or grade

  • Hair type

  • Texture

  • Length

  • Quantity

  • Color

  • Lace size

  • Lace type

  • Closure or frontal dimensions

  • Product specifications

  • Price

  • Shipping address

  • Processing timeframe

  • Estimated shipping timeframe

Customers should contact The Anointed Lounging before completing checkout if clarification is needed regarding a product or its specifications.

3.1 Ordering Errors

A customer ordering the wrong product, length, texture, color, lace size, quantity, or collection does not automatically make the order eligible for a refund, return, or exchange.

Examples of customer selection issues include:

  • Ordering straight hair and later preferring wave or curl

  • Ordering the wrong length

  • Ordering the wrong lace size

  • Ordering a closure instead of a frontal

  • Ordering the wrong color

  • Ordering too few or too many bundles

  • Selecting the wrong collection or grade

  • Purchasing hair that does not match a later change in hairstyle or installation plan

Customers are strongly encouraged to review their cart and order details carefully before submitting payment.

3.2 Personal Preference

Differences in personal preference do not constitute a product defect.

This includes dissatisfaction related solely to:

  • Preferred fullness

  • Preferred curl tightness

  • Preferred wave appearance

  • Preferred luster

  • Preferred length appearance

  • Preferred styling outcome

  • Preferred lace coverage

  • Preferred color tone where the item was otherwise accurately represented and fulfilled

3.3 Installation and Event Planning

Customers are responsible for allowing adequate time between ordering Crowned Collection products and any:

  • Hair appointment

  • Installation

  • Wedding

  • Birthday

  • Vacation

  • Photoshoot

  • Graduation

  • Special event

  • Travel date

  • Other time-sensitive occasion

Customers should not rely solely on an estimated processing or delivery timeframe when scheduling appointments or other non-refundable commitments.

A missed appointment, event, travel date, or installation deadline does not automatically qualify an otherwise correctly fulfilled Crowned Collection order for a refund, return, or exchange.

4. INSPECT YOUR HAIR BEFORE INSTALLATION

Customers must thoroughly inspect all Crowned Collection products immediately upon delivery and before installation, washing, coloring, cutting, styling, or customization.

Customers should verify:

  • Product type

  • Collection or grade

  • Texture

  • Length

  • Color

  • Quantity

  • Lace size

  • Lace condition

  • Weft construction

  • Overall product condition

If you believe your order is incorrect, damaged, incomplete, or defective, do not install or alter the product.

Contact The Anointed Lounging within the applicable claim period outlined in Section 7.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that their stylist or installer is aware of this inspection requirement before beginning any service.

Once the hair or lace has been materially altered, installed, cut, colored, bleached, toned, washed, plucked, or otherwise customized, The Anointed Lounging may no longer be able to determine whether a reported issue existed at delivery or resulted from post-delivery handling.

5. ALTERED, INSTALLED, OR CUSTOMIZED HAIR

Crowned Collection hair and lace products must remain in their original, unaltered condition while any potential product issue is being evaluated.

Hair or lace that has been materially altered after delivery is generally not eligible for return, exchange, or defect review unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Alteration includes, but is not limited to:

  • Installation

  • Sewing

  • Bonding

  • Gluing

  • Cutting wefts

  • Cutting lace

  • Trimming or cutting the hair

  • Plucking

  • Bleaching knots

  • Tinting lace

  • Applying makeup, adhesive, spray, or other lace products

  • Washing

  • Shampooing

  • Conditioning

  • Coloring

  • Bleaching

  • Toning

  • Dyeing

  • Relaxing

  • Perming

  • Chemical processing

  • Excessive heat styling

  • Removing or materially changing original product construction

Once the lace has been cut or the hair has been installed, chemically processed, or materially altered, the product is considered changed from its delivered condition.

The Anointed Lounging is not responsible for damage, shedding, breakage, lace tearing, texture changes, dryness, tangling, color changes, or other conditions caused by installation, chemical processing, improper handling, or third-party services.

Customers should complete all inspections before allowing a stylist, salon, installer, or colorist to begin work on the product.

6. HYGIENE, SANITATION, AND PRODUCT INTEGRITY

Hair extensions, closures, frontals, and lace products are personal-use merchandise.

To protect the health, safety, and product integrity of every customer, The Anointed Lounging does not restock or resell products that have been worn, installed, materially altered, or exposed to conditions that would prevent the product from being safely returned to inventory.

Products may be considered unsuitable for return or inspection if they have been exposed to:

  • Wear or installation

  • Hair or body products

  • Adhesives

  • Makeup

  • Oils or residue

  • Smoke

  • Strong fragrances

  • Excessive handling

  • Chemical treatment

  • Alteration

  • Unsanitary conditions

  • Other conditions that materially affect the product’s original state

These requirements help ensure that Crowned Collection customers receive merchandise that has not previously been worn, installed, or materially altered by another customer.

Nothing in this section limits any legal remedy that cannot be waived under applicable law.

7. DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, INCORRECT, OR MISSING ITEMS

7.1 48-Hour Claim Window

If your Crowned Collection order arrives:

  • Damaged

  • Defective

  • Incorrect

  • Incomplete

  • With the wrong product

  • With the wrong length

  • With the wrong texture

  • With the wrong color

  • With the wrong quantity

  • With the wrong lace size or construction

  • Missing one or more items from the shipment

you must contact The Anointed Lounging within 48 hours of carrier Delivery Confirmation.

Claims submitted outside this period may be denied to the extent permitted by applicable law.

7.2 Required Documentation

A claim must include sufficient information for The Anointed Lounging to evaluate the issue.

Customers should provide:

  • Full name

  • Order number

  • Product name

  • Delivery date

  • Detailed description of the concern

  • Clear photographs of the product

  • Photographs showing the alleged defect, damage, discrepancy, or missing item concern

  • Photograph of the shipping label

  • Photographs of the outer and inner packaging when relevant

  • Unboxing photographs or video, if available

The Anointed Lounging may request additional documentation reasonably necessary to investigate the claim.

7.3 Product Must Remain Unaltered

While a claim is under review, the product must remain:

  • Uninstalled

  • Uncut

  • Unwashed

  • Uncolored

  • Unbleached

  • Untoned

  • Unplucked

  • Unstyled

  • Chemically unprocessed

  • Otherwise materially unaltered

Customers must not cut lace, cut wefts, bleach knots, color the hair, install the product, or otherwise alter it while the claim is pending.

7.4 Retain the Product and Packaging

Do not discard the hair, lace product, original packaging, shipping materials, or shipping label while a claim is under review.

These materials may be necessary to verify:

  • Product condition

  • Shipment contents

  • Package weight

  • Shipping records

  • Fulfillment records

  • Carrier information

  • Other claim details

7.5 Claim Investigation

Submission of a claim does not automatically establish that a product is defective or guarantee a refund, replacement, exchange, or store credit.

The Anointed Lounging may review:

  • Photographs

  • Video

  • Fulfillment records

  • Inventory records

  • Package weights

  • Shipping records

  • Tracking information

  • Customer communications

  • Product specifications

  • Other relevant documentation

If necessary, The Anointed Lounging may require the product to be returned for inspection before a final determination is made.

7.6 Authorized Return for Inspection

Do not return any Crowned Collection product without written authorization.

If a return is authorized for inspection, return instructions will be provided in writing.

Unless otherwise stated in the authorization, the customer must ship the approved return within 5 business days of receiving return instructions.

The product must remain in the condition required for claim review.

Receiving an item for inspection does not automatically mean that a refund, replacement, or other remedy has been approved.

7.7 Verified Claims

If The Anointed Lounging verifies that an item arrived incorrect, damaged, defective, or materially incomplete, an appropriate resolution will be provided based on the circumstances and applicable law.

A resolution may include:

  • Replacement, if available

  • Store credit

  • Refund where appropriate

  • Replacement of a missing item

  • Another reasonable remedy required by applicable law

If the exact replacement item is unavailable, The Anointed Lounging may offer an appropriate alternative, store credit, refund, or another lawful resolution.

8. HUMAN HAIR CHARACTERISTICS & NATURAL VARIATION

The Crowned Collection features human hair products. Unlike synthetic or mechanically uniform materials, human hair may naturally vary between individual bundles, closures, frontals, batches, textures, and collections.

While The Anointed Lounging carefully selects products according to the specifications represented for each collection, reasonable variations may occur in:

  • Natural color and undertone

  • Strand diameter

  • Texture

  • Wave or curl formation

  • Luster

  • Density and fullness

  • Natural movement

  • Response to humidity

  • Response to washing and conditioning

  • Response to heat styling

  • Appearance before and after styling

Reasonable natural or batch-to-batch variation does not automatically constitute a defect, provided the product otherwise materially conforms to the description and specifications applicable to the item purchased.

8.1 Texture & Pattern Variation

Texture names and classifications describe the general texture family of the product and should not be interpreted as a guarantee that every bundle, closure, frontal, curl, or wave will have an identical pattern.

Human hair may contain natural variations within the same texture family.

For curly and wavy textures, individual sections of hair may display differences in:

  • Curl diameter

  • Wave formation

  • Pattern direction

  • Definition

  • Volume

  • Shrinkage

  • Natural movement

Customers purchasing multiple pieces for the same installation should understand that reasonable variation may exist between individual products.

8.2 Appearance Before & After Washing

Hair may arrive in a packaged, shaped, or vendor-set condition as a result of preparation, storage, packaging, and transportation.

The appearance of a texture may change after the hair is properly washed, conditioned, detangled, dried, or styled.

For example, waves and curls may become more defined, relaxed, voluminous, or otherwise present differently after their initial wash.

A temporary change in appearance caused by packaging or normal preparation does not automatically indicate that the product is defective or that the incorrect texture was received.

8.3 Length Appearance & Measurement

Curly and wavy hair may appear shorter than straight hair of the same stated length because of the natural formation of the curl or wave pattern.

Where appropriate, textured hair should be evaluated by gently extending the hair to assess its approximate length rather than relying solely on how long the hair appears while resting in its natural curl or wave pattern.

Reasonable measurement variation may occur due to texture, construction, and the characteristics of human hair.

A customer should not cut, stretch aggressively, straighten, or otherwise materially alter the hair solely for purposes of submitting a claim.

If you believe you received an incorrect length, contact The Anointed Lounging within the 48-hour claim period before altering the product.

8.4 Product Photography & Digital Display

The Anointed Lounging strives to present Crowned Collection products as accurately as reasonably possible.

However, the appearance of hair may vary between online images and the physical product because of:

  • Studio lighting

  • Natural lighting

  • Photography equipment

  • Editing necessary for accurate product presentation

  • Device display

  • Screen brightness

  • Monitor calibration

  • Viewing environment

  • Natural or batch-to-batch hair variation

Product photography is intended to provide a reasonable representation of the product and texture. It does not guarantee that every individual strand, wave, curl, undertone, or bundle will appear identical to the photographed sample.

8.5 Packaging & Temporary Compression

Hair may become temporarily compressed, flattened, bent, or shaped while packaged or transported.

This can be particularly noticeable with curly and wavy textures.

Temporary packaging effects that reasonably resolve through appropriate handling, washing, conditioning, or styling do not automatically constitute a defect.

9. RAW HUMAN HAIR & THE RESERVE COLLECTION

Products offered within The Reserve Collection are premium RAW human hair products and may display greater natural individuality than hair that has undergone more extensive processing or manufacturing for uniformity.

The natural characteristics of RAW hair are part of what distinguishes the collection.

9.1 Natural Variation in RAW Hair

Reasonable differences may occur between RAW hair products in:

  • Natural color

  • Undertone

  • Strand characteristics

  • Texture

  • Wave or curl formation

  • Luster

  • Density

  • Movement

  • Overall appearance

Two RAW bundles sold within the same texture family are not necessarily expected to be visually identical strand for strand.

Natural variation alone does not automatically constitute a defect.

9.2 Natural Color & Undertones

Unless a RAW product is specifically advertised as having been colored or processed to achieve a particular shade, natural RAW hair may contain variations in its base color and undertone.

Depending upon the individual hair and sourcing, a product may display naturally occurring:

  • Dark brown tones

  • Brown undertones

  • Black or near-black tones

  • Warm undertones

  • Subtle variations visible under different lighting

The presence of reasonable natural undertones does not automatically mean that the wrong product was received.

9.3 Naturally Occurring Strand Variation

Because RAW hair is human hair, occasional naturally occurring strand variations may be present.

Where applicable, this may include individual strands that differ slightly in shade, texture, or other natural characteristics from the majority of the bundle.

Such isolated natural characteristics do not automatically constitute a product defect.

9.4 RAW Hair & Coloring

Certain RAW Crowned Collection products may be capable of substantial professional color customization. However, color-lift capability and final color results are not guaranteed solely because a product is categorized as RAW hair.

The ability of an individual product to lift or accept color may depend on its characteristics, prior processing if any, coloring products, developer strength, technique, processing time, and other factors.

Customers should rely on the specifications stated on the individual product page rather than assuming every RAW product has identical coloring capabilities.

Professional coloring and strand testing are strongly recommended.

9.5 RAW Hair Longevity

Where a Reserve Collection product is described as designed to last approximately 3–4 years, that timeframe represents an estimated potential lifespan under exceptional care and is not a guarantee or warranty of a specific period of use.

Actual longevity depends on factors including:

  • Frequency of installation and wear

  • Rotation between installations

  • Maintenance

  • Washing and conditioning

  • Heat exposure

  • Chemical processing

  • Coloring or bleaching

  • Styling practices

  • Storage

  • Environmental exposure

  • Installation technique

  • Individual handling

Repeated chemical processing, excessive heat, improper maintenance, or continuous wear may materially reduce the usable life of the hair.

10. 613 BLONDE HAIR & THE LUMIÈRE COLLECTION

Products offered through The Lumière Collection feature 613 blonde human hair selected to provide a luminous blonde foundation suitable for wear in its existing shade or further professional customization where appropriate.

Because achieving a 613 blonde shade requires substantial lightening of human hair, 613 hair requires more delicate handling, moisture maintenance, and responsible chemical processing than darker, less-processed human hair.

10.1 613 Color Variation

The term “613” identifies the general blonde color category and should not be interpreted as a guarantee that every bundle, closure, frontal, or shipment will be visually identical in every lighting condition.

Reasonable variations may occur in:

  • Blonde tone

  • Warmth

  • Coolness

  • Undertone

  • Strand-to-strand appearance

  • Batch-to-batch appearance

Photography, lighting, screen settings, and surrounding colors may also affect how blonde hair appears online.

Reasonable color variation within the represented 613 color family does not automatically constitute a product defect.

10.2 Condition & Care of 613 Hair

Because 613 hair has undergone significant lightening, customers should expect it to require consistent moisture and gentler maintenance.

Customers are encouraged to:

  • Use moisture-focused hair care products

  • Deep condition regularly

  • Detangle gently

  • Minimize unnecessary heat

  • Use heat protectant when heat styling

  • Avoid excessive chemical processing

  • Protect the hair during sleep

  • Avoid excessive product buildup

  • Follow Crowned Collection care recommendations

The maintenance needs of 613 hair do not, by themselves, indicate inferior or defective hair.

10.3 Coloring & Toning 613 Hair

613 hair is frequently selected as a foundation for additional coloring or toning. However, The Anointed Lounging does not guarantee a particular coloring, toning, or chemical-processing result.

Final results may depend on:

  • Starting condition of the hair

  • Toner or color formulation

  • Developer

  • Processing time

  • Technique

  • Temperature

  • Previous processing

  • Products used

  • Stylist experience

A strand test should be completed before applying color, toner, bleach, or another chemical service to the entire product.

Professional coloring is strongly recommended.

10.4 Additional Bleaching

Because 613 hair has already undergone significant lightening, additional bleaching may substantially increase the risk of:

  • Dryness

  • Breakage

  • Weakening

  • Shedding

  • Loss of elasticity

  • Texture changes

  • Reduced longevity

Customers should consult a qualified hair professional before attempting additional lightening.

Damage resulting from post-delivery chemical processing is not considered an original product defect.

10.5 Purple Shampoo, Toners & Color-Depositing Products

Purple shampoo, toning products, semi-permanent color, permanent color, color-depositing masks, and similar products can alter the shade and condition of 613 hair.

Overuse or improper application may result in:

  • Purple, gray, blue, or uneven tones

  • Dryness

  • Dullness

  • Uneven color absorption

  • Other unintended results

The Anointed Lounging does not guarantee the outcome of products applied after delivery.

10.6 Lumière Collection Longevity

Any longevity information associated with a Lumière Collection product is an estimate rather than a guarantee.

Because 613 blonde hair has undergone substantial processing, its lifespan may differ from darker virgin or RAW hair and depends heavily on maintenance, frequency of wear, heat exposure, chemical services, installation practices, and individual handling.

Customers who further color, tone, bleach, or chemically process Lumière Collection hair should understand that additional processing may reduce its usable lifespan.

10.7 Claims Involving 613 Hair

Any concern regarding the original color, condition, length, texture, lace, or construction of a Lumière Collection product must be reported within the applicable 48-hour claim period and before the product is washed, toned, colored, bleached, installed, or otherwise materially altered.

Once the product has undergone post-delivery chemical customization, changes resulting from that customization generally cannot be evaluated as an original product condition.
