Delivery Liability & Carrier Confirmation Clause
The Anointed Lounging fulfills and ships all orders with verified tracking through trusted shipping carriers and logistics partners. Once an order is transferred to the shipping carrier and accepted into the carrier’s network, delivery operations are managed exclusively by the carrier.
If a carrier tracking system marks an order as Delivered, including delivery to a mailbox, doorstep, parcel locker, leasing office, mailroom, concierge, or designated delivery location, the order will be considered successfully delivered for fulfillment purposes.
The Anointed Lounging does not issue automatic refunds or replacements for packages marked delivered by the carrier. Customers who believe a package was misdelivered, stolen, or missing after delivery confirmation must:
-
contact the carrier directly to open an investigation
-
check with neighbors, household members, or building management
-
file a police report when theft is suspected, if required by the carrier
-
provide any claim or case number when contacting us
While we may assist with providing documentation or shipment details when available, carrier delivery scans, GPS delivery confirmation, and carrier investigation outcomes are the primary factors used in determining delivery status.
By placing an order, customers acknowledge that:
-
delivery responsibility transfers once the carrier confirms delivery
-
carrier scan data is considered valid delivery confirmation
-
delays, misplacement, or theft occurring after confirmed delivery are outside of The Anointed
Lounging’s operational control
This clause does not limit any rights provided under applicable consumer protection laws but exists to clarify fulfillment responsibility and prevent misuse of delivery disputes.
