Guests will enjoy access to a beautifully designed private estate, complete with luxury suites, elevated amenities, and thoughtfully curated experiences that extend beyond a traditional stay. Whether you are lounging poolside, enjoying chef-prepared dining, or participating in empowerment sessions, each moment is intentionally designed to leave a lasting impression. Cancellation Policy
Reservation & Payment All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. To secure your reservation, an initial payment is required at the time of booking. A second payment of $400 is due by May 15, and the final payment of $400 is due by May 30. All payments must be completed by the stated deadlines to maintain your reservation. Please note that all pricing is per couple and covers the experience for two guests only. Refund Policy All payments are non-refundable and non-transferable. No refunds will be issued for cancellations, no-shows, early departures, or unused portions of the experience. No Rescheduling Policy Reservations for The Mansion Escape Experience are final once booked. Rescheduling is not permitted under any circumstances. Clients are strongly encouraged to confirm availability and travel arrangements prior to booking. Arrival & Timing Guests must arrive at the designated check-in time. Late arrivals do not extend the experience duration and do not qualify for refunds or credits. Guest Conduct All guests are expected to maintain respectful and appropriate behavior. Anointed Lounging reserves the right to remove any guest for disruptive or inappropriate conduct without refund. Damages & Liability The booking party assumes full responsibility for any damages caused during the stay. Additional charges may apply if necessary. Anointed Lounging is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings or injuries resulting from misuse of the property. Force Majeure In the event of circumstances beyond control, including weather or travel disruptions, rescheduling may be offered at the sole discretion of Anointed Lounging. Agreement to Terms By submitting payment, you acknowledge and agree to all terms outlined in this policy. Payment serves as a binding agreement.
